Bill brings his passion for the Real Estate/Title and Escrow industry to our partners within the Darryl Turner Corporation. For over a decade Bill has been a contributing force, establishing growth through process, accountability and creativity that is specific to our industries' professionals. He prides himself in teaming up with clients to help them achieve their goals through targeted instruction courses and procedures. Bill also applies his vast knowledge of which was acquired by objectively covering over 25,000 Realtor, Lender, Attorney and Builder sales calls.
Bill is a husband and father of 5 children. As a family, they enjoy music, community outreach and quality time together.

Raquell has been working in the Real Estate industry from Real Estate sales, to title and escrow services since 1991. Landing at a locally owned and operated agency in 1996, she worked her way up the ladder and became the sole sales representative who grew in the market to end her career with a consistent 70% within her footprint. Raquell worked with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Brokers, Developers and local influences to establish and maintain reciprocity within her partnerships. By training and including internal staff, including but not limited to escrow officers, she empowered her team. By applying the Darryl Turner Sales Model and owning it as it grew, she was able to motivate her staff to participate and generate new business while she provided the accountability factor, both on the inside and outside of her office.
By training her staff to network and block out time within their work routine to market themselves as a team, she helped create a presence for the agency in the community. By establishing visibility within the appropriate arenas, the agency soon became a standard brand and recommendation . Raquell personally held positions on several committees within her community that in turn affected growth and opportunity for the title agency, while benefitting the community. Such involvement included; Local Chamber of Commerce Executive Board of Directors, Economic Development for both the City and Chamber of Commerce, Local Ambassador for 14 years, Relay for Life, CASA Board of Directors, Volunteer Coordinator for the Oregon Coast Community College, two events for the local Hospital Foundation and several other non profit fundraisers within the community. Working to provide a name for her company and support the platform of community allowed Raquell to lead by example within her staff and support internal employee growth and responsibility.

Ron’s background in business management, training and coaching translate into keen insights for business strategy, internal communications, and increased sales and growth.
Along with being a Keller Williams Certified Coach, Ron has helped hundreds of real estate industry professionals reach and exceed their goals while playing a lead role within The Darryl Turner Business Coaching Team.
As a Client Result Manager with the Darryl Turner Corporation, David brings his knowledge and experience, representing the many angles of the housing industry and a perspective of what it takes to “sell the experience” effectively in today’s marketplace.
David began his career in the Real Estate industry in 1986. He has continued to grow in every aspect of the industry. He has been a leader in sales as a Lender, a Realtor, Title Agency Business Development Rep, and a marketing manager along with agency strategic support through his tenure with two of America’s leading title insurance underwriters.
Through his experience working with Title Agencies and his Underwriter experience, David brings a complete 360 approach to viewing and improving those with whom he works.
When David allows himself free time outside of the sales arena, he enjoys sports and acting. David is also committed to his volunteer efforts with the Leukemia Society, Arnold Palmer Children’s Charity and Happy Camper.
